Nature's Pace — Day 272
Nature does not hurry to prove that it is growing. Seasons change in their own time, often quietly. Let this idea accompany you quietly rather than becoming another task.
Spend a few minutes outside if you can. Notice movement that is not controlled by schedules: clouds, leaves, birds, light or water. Today, give yourself permission to explore that idea without turning it into a test.
I honour my own pace and allow growth to happen gradually.
If possible, sit somewhere with a view of the sky or trees. Breathe naturally and watch without analysing. Let five minutes pass without trying to improve anything.
Think about one area of life where you may be asking yourself to grow faster than necessary. Let this idea accompany you quietly rather than becoming another task.
